My focus is on brand and content strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, marketing operations, brand partnerships, and experiential. Having worked on both the brand and agency sides, I bring a unique perspective to marketing operations and cross-functional execution. I understand how to align strategy, creative, operations, and external partners to keep complex marketing initiatives moving efficiently while driving measurable business results.

I'm a devoted consumer of better-for-you products first, and a marketer of them second. Drawn to all things health and wellness, longevity, and lately, AI. I split my time between Los Angeles and New York.
